A quick tour of your Caleb & Brown Portal

Welcome to the C&B Portal! If you are already a verified client and have already set your password from the welcome email, log into the portal here. From here you can see your holdings at a glance.

To keep things simple, you can think of the Portal and the overall interface in three components;

  1. Side navigation menu

  2. Top navigation bar

  3. Main view

No matter which screen you dive into, the side navigation and top navigation will always stay the same.

Portfolio

Your home screen within the Caleb & Brown Portal. To learn more about this view see our help article here

Wallets

The Drop-Down button includes

  • Overview: Your current token holdings.

  • Deposit Crypto: Opens a modal window to allow you to deposit crypto into your existing wallets

  • Deposit Fiat: Reveals all Caleb & Brown bank accounts you may deposit fiat currency into, as always remember to send your bank deposit slip through via the in-app chat or over email to your broker

  • Manage Addresses: Allows you to view all verified addresses, and add new wallet addresses. Any cancelled address will not be visible.

The Drop-Down includes

  • Trade: Submit your own trades via the trade function. You will also be able to view the status of the trades you submit.

  • Target orders: Enter and manage your target orders here.

  • Dollar cost Average: Set up your DCA strategy here.

A historical view of all transactions since your time with Caleb & Brown, including buys, sells, and swaps.

You can download transaction history via the export summary. See here for detailed instructions.

Here you will also see any open target orders that are close to target price. To learn more about the transactions page see our help article here

The Drop-Down includes

  • Overview: A live view of all current asset prices refreshed every 30 seconds, sorted by rank.

  • Sectors: Deep dive into the crypto market using Market Sectors, sort by volume, market cap and filter the timeframe. Clicking into each coin/token will give you coin statistics along with their current listing status. To learn more about the Sectors page see our help article here.

Opens the settings page and shows:

  • Profile: Takes you to your user profile page, here you can view your personal details and broker contact information, along with setting your default profile if you have multiple accounts. See our help article here.

  • Security: Here you can configure your 2FA. For assistance in setting up your 2FA, see our help article here. You can also change your password here.

  • Useful Links: Here you get access to Support - our digital helpdesk (where you are currently reading this article) and submit feedback.

  • Profile

  • Logout
