Keeping Your Crypto Safe
At Caleb & Brown, security is our top priority. To protect your assets, we verify all new wallet addresses before processing a withdrawal. You can add and verify a wallet address in two ways:
Once your wallet address is verified, you can proceed with withdrawals. We currently support two withdrawal methods:
Directly via your Broker
Through the Portal
1. Withdrawing via Your Broker
To withdraw crypto with your Broker, follow these steps:
Send an email with the subject line "Withdrawal Request."
Include the following details:
The cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
The amount you wish to withdraw (in units, not dollar value).
The verified wallet address you are withdrawing to.
Your Broker may call you to confirm the withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed in three batches daily. Your request will be included in the next available batch.
You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal is completed.
Note: Your broker may give you a call to verbally confirm.
2. Withdrawing via the Caleb & Brown Portal
Before You Begin
✅ Ensure you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your Portal account. (Set Up 2FA)

How to Withdraw via the Portal
Click 'Withdraw' from the side menu.
Select 'Withdraw Crypto.'
3. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
4. Select the wallet address you’d like to withdraw to. (If you haven’t added a wallet address for that token, you’ll need to verify it first. How to Add & Verify)
5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (in units, not dollar value). If there's a minimum withdrawal amount, it will be displayed.
Click NEXT to proceed.
Verifying Your Withdrawal
This next step is to ensure security. We require a two-step verification process:
Check your registered email for a message titled "Cryptocurrency Withdrawal Verification" (sent from [email protected]).
Copy the 6-digit code from the email and enter it in the Portal.
If you've entered the emailed code within its 15 minute expiry window, and it's the correct code, you should see a green tick like below.
Enter your 2FA code from your Google Authenticator app.
Once both codes are entered correctly, the Withdraw button will turn red. Click WITHDRAW to confirm your request.
Withdrawal Confirmation
🎉 Success! If you see a confirmation screen, your withdrawal request has been submitted.
