Why Add Bank Details?
You can now securely add and view payment methods directly within your Caleb & Brown Portal at any time — no need to email your broker. This makes future fiat withdrawals faster and more secure.
🔐 Note: You must have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled to add bank details.Follow this guide on how to setup 2FA.
Steps to Add Your Bank Account
Log in to your Caleb & Brown Portal.
Click Withdraw from the left-hand menu to expand the dropdown.
Select Bank Accounts.
Select ‘Add New’
From the dropdown list, select the currency of your bank account (e.g. AUD, USD, EUR). The form will update to display only the fields required for your selected currency.
6. Enter your bank account details.
When entering your address:
Start typing your street address and select it from the dropdown suggestions.
If you have a unit or apartment number, you can enter it once the address is selected.
Once you’ve provided all your details, click confirm.
Not sure what each field means?
From here, review your details to ensure accuracy, and click “Submit” when you’re confident they’re entered correctly.
How to verify your bank details
Once you've submitted your bank account, you'll be asked to verify the request with two security codes:
Email Verification Code
A code will be sent to your registered email.
Enter it in the Email Verification Code field.
⏱ This code expires after 5 minutes. If it expires, return to the form and resubmit to generate a new code.
2FA Code
Enter the current 2FA code from your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator).
You’re All Set!
Your bank account has now been successfully added and verified. Next time you request a fiat withdrawal, your payment details will already be on file, allowing us to process it faster.
For security purposes we do not support editing or deleting these account details. If you wish to make a change, please repeat the process. And inform your Broker or our Support team to remove your old details
