You can request a fiat (cash) withdrawal directly from your Caleb & Brown account through the Portal. Your request will be sent securely to our accounting team for processing.
⚠️ Important:
Fiat withdrawals can only be sent to a bank account in the same name as your Caleb & Brown account.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your Caleb & Brown Portal.
Navigate to the Withdraw section on the left-hand menu.
Select the Withdraw Fiat tab.
Choose the bank account you’d like to withdraw to.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
💡 The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 and you can only request 1 withdrawal in a 24 hour period.
Confirm the amount is correct and proceed.
✅ Final Verification
Before your withdrawal can be submitted:
Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
Enter your 2FA code from your authenticator app.
Click Withdraw to submit your request.
⏳ What Happens Next?
Once submitted, your request will be sent to our accounting team and processed at the end of the business day.
You can expect to receive your funds within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
