How to change your default profile

This article will provide instructions on how to change your default profile in your online account, if you have multiple trading accounts.

You can have multiple trading accounts at Caleb & Brown. To learn about the different types of accounts you can hold with us, see our help articles here.

When accessing these accounts via the Portal, you may have one account you typically trade in more than others. When you log into your account, the default profile is the first account you see after logging in. If you are wanting to update this, and change which account you see as your default profile, navigate to your settings page in the Portal to find the feature.

  1. Navigate to your settings page.

  2. Locate the account you wish to be your primary account when you log in.

  3. Select Set default.

Next time you login this will be your default account. It’s that simple!

If you have multiple accounts but only one is visible, please get in touch with our support team via the chat box in the bottom right corner and they will be able to assist in getting the other account(s) linked.
