To participate, you must be a registered and verified client of Caleb & Brown.
Eligibility and Referrals
Who can I refer to Caleb & Brown?
You can refer any individual or non-individual who is not an existing or previous client of Caleb & Brown, and with whom you have an existing personal relationship.
How do I refer a friend?
Share your unique referral link with your prospective client. They must use this link to open a Caleb & Brown account and complete the registration process.
Can I refer myself using multiple accounts?
No, referring your own accounts to earn rewards is prohibited and may result in termination from the program.
Earning Rewards
How are referral rewards calculated?
Rewards are calculated as a percentage of the fees Caleb & Brown receives from the trades completed by your referred clients. The specific percentage depends on your reward tier.
What are the different reward tiers and their criteria?
Bronze Tier: 2% of the fee from each trade. This is the default tier.
Silver Tier: 3% of the fee from each trade. Achieved by referring 5 trading clients.
Gold Tier: 4% of the fee from each trade. Achieved by referring 15 trading clients.
When will I receive my referral rewards?
Rewards are credited to your Caleb & Brown account by the 7th day of the month following the month in which the rewards were generated.
How will I know when my rewards are credited?
You will be notified through the Caleb & Brown Portal when your rewards are credited.
Program Rules
Can I use any method to share my referral link?
You are prohibited from spamming the referral link, including mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know, or using bots to distribute your link.
Can the terms and conditions of the program change?
Yes, Caleb & Brown reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue parts or the entirety of the program's terms and conditions. You will be notified of any changes via the Caleb & Brown Portal.
What happens if I breach the terms and conditions?
Breaching the terms and conditions can result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any referral rewards.
Termination and Legal
Can my participation in the program be terminated?
Yes, Caleb & Brown may terminate your participation for various reasons, including breaching the terms, not remedying breaches, or other actions that may damage Caleb & Brown’s reputation.
What happens to my rewards if my participation is terminated?
Upon termination, your right to referral rewards ceases from the date of termination.
What law governs the Refer A Friend Program?
The program is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
