Setting up as an Authorised Agent means that, as a Caleb & Brown client, you can nominate another Caleb & Brown client to have certain access rights to your account on your behalf.

An Authorised Agent is able to do the following on your behalf:

  • Submit orders to Caleb & Brown via email

  • Provide cryptocurrency withdrawal addresses via email

  • Request withdrawals to your cryptocurrency addresses via email

  • Deposit cryptocurrency to Caleb & Brown

This may be helpful if you do not usually have the time to do any of the above yourself, or would like a spouse, family member, or close colleague to be able to have some access to your account for your convenience.

To set up an Authorised Agent, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Open a Caleb & Brown Account

If you do not have an account already, you can register for an account below:

2. Ask your Broker for an Agent Authorisation Form

If you've successfully set up an account, or are a verified Caleb & Brown client already, you can now send an email to your broker requesting an Agent Authorisation Form. The form will ask for a few details about the Agent, such as their name, email, and your relation. You can then write the name of your account the Agent is being nominated for.

3. Have your Authorised Agent Open a Caleb & Brown Account

Since your Authorised Agent will be trading with us as well, they will also need to register for an account. This can be done by clicking the button above to head straight to our registration page.

Once complete, you and your Authorised Agent are ready to go! You can now trade through the same account, provide cryptocurrency withdrawal addresses, and request deposits or withdrawals.

If you have any questions, or you need assistance completing the registration form, you can ask our Product Specialist team through the Chat button in the bottom right corner of the webpage.

You can also call our support help desk on +61 1800 849 149 (Australia) or +1 (844) 494 6515 (International), from 9am to 5pm (AEST), or request we call you back by submitting an enquiry on our website.
