A quick tour of the Portal Settings page

To help reduce clicking throughout the Portal we've relocated a few things to the new Settings page. From here you can access your profile page, and information about your broker, and set up or reset your 2FA code.

Navigating throughout Settings

The Settings page can be accessed from the bottom of the left navigation menu. From here you have three sub-pages to toggle between;

  1. PROFILE
    The profile tab allows you to check your personal information and your personal broker's details.

  2. SECURITY
    The security tab allows you to set up 2FA. To set up 2FA please follow the 2FA article.

  3. USEFUL LINKS

    1. Support links you directly to our digital helpdesk.

    2. Submit feedback allows you to submit feedback directly to our product and engineering teams. The best way to deliver feedback directly to those who can make a difference.
