Caleb & Brown will never ask you to deposit your cryptocurrency unprompted unless you request a transaction first. We will also never ask you for your private key or seed phrase for your wallet.

Please also make sure any email received has come from an official source under the @calebandbrown.com email domain.

Signs of suspicious emails include:

  • Requests made or language used that has a sense of urgency

  • Requests for personal information without context from our Customer Success team or your broker

  • Requests to click links or promotional offers that seem to be true

  • Errors or inconsistencies in spelling and grammar

If you are ever uncertain about an email you have received, contact your broker immediately to verify it via a phone call, or get in touch with our Support Specialist by calling our support help desk on +61 1800 849 149 (Australia) or +1 (844) 494 6515 (International), from 9am to 5pm (AEST), or request we call you back by submitting an enquiry on our website.
