CallerCheck enables you to verify the authenticity of individuals claiming to represent Caleb & Brown by activating a security prompt within your Caleb & Brown portal account
Why CallerCheck?
From time to time, we may get in touch with you concerning your account. CallerCheck offers a reliable method to confirm the legitimacy of our communications. It’s important that we both know we’re talking to the right person.
Receiving calls from Caleb & Brown.
When you receive a call from your Broker, Support or our Onboarding team to your mobile or landline, all you need to do is ask the caller to use CallerCheck to verify their identity. We will then send a notification directly to your Caleb & Brown portal account.
If you find yourself uncertain about the legitimacy of the caller, we advise hanging up and reaching out to us directly using your broker's direct line, or by dialling +1 (844) 494 6515 (International/USA) or +61 1800 849 149 (Australia).
Ask the caller to use CallerCheck for verification and we’ll send a pop-up notification to your portal account.
With an increase in scam and fraud calls, it can be tricky to know whether the person you’re speaking to is really who they say they are. With CallerCheck you can confirm it’s us and know you’re speaking to a legitimate member of the Caleb & Brown team.
Received a notification but did not make or receive a call?
If you receive a notification but haven’t made a call to or received a call from us, we recommend that you select ‘I am not speaking with Caleb & Brown” and then reach out to your broker directly, or our support team at [email protected].
