If your account has been approved, the email will have a subject header that confirms that your account is verified and that you are ready to trade. You may also receive an email from our Customer Success team that confirms that we have received everything we need to complete your account, and a broker will reach out soon.
If you have not received any of these emails yet, this may mean that your account has not been verified yet. This could be due to some missing KYC requirements that our Customer Success team is soon to be or is currently requesting from you. Please check your emails for any requests; they may also have fallen into your spam or junk folders.
Alternatively, you can check if you have a Customer ID, which is a reference number associated with your account, by asking our Customer Support through the Chat button in the bottom right corner of the page, or emailing [email protected].
