Caleb & Brown recommends that you use one email for all your accounts, especially if you have multiple accounts with us. This helps ensure that all communication with you from our brokers is securely centralised on one line of communication, and having one email to communicate with us will also prevent the chance of external emails from other email accounts going to spam or junk inbox folders.
However, if you must have separate emails for different accounts, you can certainly do so. For instance, you can register your personal account on one email, and a company account on another email. Please ensure, however, that once you become a verified client on one email, that your current broker is aware that you wish to register a new email for a new account.
If you are currently a verified Caleb & Brown client and wish to onboard a new account under a different email, send an email to your broker and we can facilitate that account for you directly.
If you are not a client of ours yet, you can register an account with us on your most preferred email for now, and email your broker about the separate account you wish to create at a later date.
