Within the C&B Portal, you can deposit any of the hundreds of tokens we support. The process is automated, and we notify you within the Portal and via email once the deposit has been successfully received.

How do I deposit Fiat?

Regardless of the currency you'd like to deposit, the general process is the same.

  2. Click on the Wallets drop-down button on the left-hand menu

  3. Click on DEPOSIT FIAT on the left-hand menu

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

  5. Select your preferred currency to deposit and banking details will change accordingly

Check all your deposit transactions on the transaction page. Once the deposit is successful, you will be notified on the Portal and also via email by your personal broker.

Note:

Check the banking details of your preferred currency and fill out all the details on your banking institute's payment page. You can use the copy button to copy and paste banking details to your bank account's payment page.

You can perform a test transaction first (optional) and confirm your transaction with your personal broker. A test Transaction is where a small amount of money is sent to us first to ensure that the bank details provided are correct.
Once the test transaction is complete, we will confirm that the funds are received. Then, we will contact you to confirm the deposit and request you to send the full amount.

If you do not want to send a test transaction due to the timing delays this may cause, please inform your broker so this can be arranged.
