How do I withdraw my fiat money?

This article will detail the process of sending your fiat money to your bank account

Fiat withdrawals to your bank are requested through emailing your broker - this includes USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, NZD, and GBP.

It's important to note that transfer times for fiat funds can depend on a few variables such as country, bank, and cutoff times. Generally, fiat withdrawals are received in 1-3 business days of being processed.

Withdrawing to a new bank account

Please email your broker with a withdrawal request (i.e. how much you would like to withdraw and in what currency). Also provide your receiving bank details in the below format:

Please note we cannot send funds via "further credit" or intermediary banks. If this impacts you - contact your broker to discuss further.

If the details provided are incorrect, funds may take time to return to our account for us to transfer them again.

Withdrawing to an existing bank account on file

Please email your broker with a withdrawal request (i.e. how much you would like to withdraw and in what currency). Please also state the last 4 digits of your bank account number on file.

IMPORTANT NOTE

When depositing and withdrawing, the bank account must be registered in the same name as your account with us. e.g. if "John Smith" had an individual account with us, withdrawals can only be made to a bank account in the same name. Similarly, if it was an entity account e.g. "John Smith Trust," this must go to the trust's bank account in the same name.
