With our latest update, you can now securely add and view payment methods directly within your Caleb & Brown account at any time.
This feature eliminates the need to send payment details to your broker, streamlining your withdrawal process.
Note: You will need to have setup 2FA within the Portal to successfully add your bank details. Follow this guide on how to setup 2FA.
How do to add your bank account details:
Once you’ve logged into your Caleb & Brown Portal account, click on “Settings” located in the bottom left corner of the left hand menu.
Once in Settings, navigate to the Payment tab
Then click on “Add Bank Details”
You’ll now be presented with the above screen.
From here you’ll need to click on the currency drop down, selecting the fiat currency of your bank account. In this example we’ll be adding a USD bank account.
Once you’ve selected your currency the form will update to only show the required fields for your chosen fiat currency. In this example we require the following information to add a USD bank account:
Account holder name
Account holder address
Bank name
Bank account number
ABA Routing number
Swift code
When entering your address, you'll need to ensure you start typing your street address and then select the correct address from the search results provided. If you have a unit/apartment number this can be added to the field provided once the address has been selected.
Once you’ve provided all your details, click confirm.
If you’re unsure of each of the fields we’ve provided a small glossary here:
Field | Description |
Account holder name | The name as it appears on your bank account |
Account holder address | The residential or business address associated with your bank account |
Bank name | The name of your bank, for example “Old Glory” |
Bank account number | Your bank account number |
ABA Routing Number | If you’re unsure, you can use this service to verify your routing number, or contact your bank. |
Swift code | Swift code is an international bank code that identifies particular banks worldwide. If you’re unsure, contact your bank. |
From here, review your details to ensure accuracy, and click “Submit” when you’re confident they’re entered correctly.
How to verify your bank details
The final step is a security one, we’ll need the following two codes;
An emailed code to your primary email address
Your 2FA code for accessing the Portal
After you submit your details and pressed submit, you will be presented with this next screen.
A code is sent your registered email address. Retrieve the emailed code, and enter it in the “Email Verification Code” field
Important to note: This code expires within 5 minutes. If this happens you'll need to go back to your account and resubmit the details for a new email to be sent.
If you have not received the email please reach out to our support team.
Finally, enter your 2FA code, this will be in an authenticator app like Google Authenticator on your phone.
Congratulations, you’ve now successfully added and verified your fiat bank account details. Next time you require a fiat withdrawal your details will be verified and we can action your request much faster.
For security purposes we do not support editing or deleting these account details. If you wish to make a change, please repeat the process. And inform your Broker or our Support team to remove your old details.
