Unlike in the traditional banking industry, transactions in cryptocurrency cannot be disputed. Crypto transactions are final. If you’ve sent assets to an incorrect wallet address, unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do to assist in their recovery.

We will always confirm wallet addresses with a test transaction, using assets from our own treasury when sending crypto to you. We recommend that you also send a test transaction first when sending assets to us. This process involves sending a small amount of cryptocurrency to the required wallet to ensure that we have the correct address on file for you.

Please note: This process ensures that you have control over the wallet address you provided us. However, we cannot ensure the safety of the assets once they have been sent to you. Once you confirm that the test transaction has been received, we will send the remaining funds to that account.

Please be aware that we do not incur liability in the event that you lose access to a wallet after confirming the test transaction to that wallet. This wallet test ensures that both parties have provided and received the correct address before the final transfer of funds.
