Once you sign up, you will be assigned to one of our experienced brokers. Our brokers have a wealth of knowledge and can provide you with information regarding crypto assets, portfolio construction, and risk management to help inform your decisions.

After your account has been approved you will be sent an email directly from your broker providing you with all our banking information, trade instructions and your customer ID number. They will also provide you with their direct contact details for you to save as a contact in your phone.

When you log into your online account, you will find your broker’s profile picture along with his contact details in the top menu bar. If you click on his profile his email and phone number will be provided.

For help logging in see here.

Your broker's email account is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means that even when your broker is not online themselves, their emails are being actively monitored and attended to by our team of professionals across our Melbourne and International offices.

If you have any questions, requests, or concerns about your account - please email your broker for assistance in the first instance.

Whenever you're ready, you can click below to get started with your registration.
