How to log in to Caleb & Brown Portal?
Before you can access your C&B Portal account you will need to first create a login and password. To do this, one you once you have completed your KYC process, we will deliver a Welcome Email to your primary email address (the email address you first signed up with).
Open your email inbox and find the welcome email from [email protected]
If you can't find the email in your inbox please check your spam folder or search for "Welcome to the Caleb & Brown Portal!"
If you still cannot find your email please contact your Broker
Click and open the email and click on the Create Your Portal Password button
You will be forwarded to Caleb & Brown Login page where you need to enter your email (if not pre-filled) and set up a password
Once entered, click on Confirm Password
You will now be taken to the login page of the Caleb & Brown Portal
Enter your email address and newly created password to log in
Congratulation! 🎉 you have successfully created and logged into your C&B Portal account
Caleb & Brown recommends turning on Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to further secure your account, follow this guide to configure 2FA for the first time.
