Within the C&B Customer Portal, you can access all your existing and future C&B trading accounts from a single login. This is not pre-configured however and requires you to inform us of each trading account you would like linked to your login.

How do I set up Multi-Account?

Setting up multi-account can be requested in one of two ways;

  1. Contact your broker

    • If you are unsure of all your trading entities within C&B you may contact your Broker for a full list of associated Emails and Customer IDs

    • Once you are familiar with each account, you can then instruct your broker on which specific accounts you would like linked to your C&B Portal login

  2. Complete this form

    • If you are already across each of your trading entities, you may instead complete this form. Here you can nominate your preferred login email address, default trading account, and additional accounts you'd like linked

Logging in to your profile after setting up Multi-Account

After multi-account has been configured for your profile, the next time you login you will be prompted to set your default account.

You will only see this screen once unless you request for your default account to be swapped.

How do I use Multi-Account?

Once logged in to your Portal account, switching between your trading profiles could not be simpler. The method differs slightly if you are on mobile or a desktop/tablet.

Desktop:

  • To access or switch your linked account from the portal click on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the menu bar.

  • On click, you will be able to see your linked trading accounts and click on the account you wish to switch to

Mobile:

  • If you are accessing Caleb & Brown portal on your mobile device please login into your portal account

  • once logged in, click on the menu icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

  • It will open the menu, and now located the switch account option, which is located at the bottom of the menu and the second last option before the logout button.
