This article will provide further details on transferring funds via the Wise app and if it’s something we are able to support.

Wise is a UK-based foreign exchange financial technology company, specialising in cross-border payment transfer.

We are able to accept wire transfers via the Wise app as long as the funds are received from an account with the same name as your Caleb & Brown account.

NOTE

Please ensure you do not make any mention of Crypto, or Bitcoin, etc in your transfer. And only include your unique client ID, starting with “CU” in the transaction description. You can find your unique client ID in your client Portal.

Once you have initiated your transfer, you can send the receipt through to your broker in order for us to allocate the funds as soon as they arrive.
