How to reset your password in Portal

Regularly updating your password is just one way to keep yourself and your crypto assets secure. If you’ve had your phone number or email address compromised, we recommend updating your password right away. Using a password manager like 1Password can also help.

In this article we detail how you can update your password securely from inside the portal. Once you have logged into your portal account, just follow these steps;

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select the security tab

  3. Enter your old password

  4. Confirm your new password twice

  5. Hit submit

You’ll see a message pop up reading “success” and now when you next login you’ll be able to using your newly saved password.
