They may be in touch with you to discuss and confirm the next steps or request further documents to meet the Know Your Customer, or KYC, requirements.
After the Onboarding team has approved your account, you can expect to hear from one of our cryptocurrency brokers, which means you are now a verified Caleb & Brown client! Your broker will send you an email containing your account details, banking information, and how you can start trading. If you have not received an email, either your account has not been verified yet, or it has been sent to your spam or junk inbox.
You may also receive a call so that your broker may better understand your circumstances and tailor a solution for your needs.
