I Cannot Enter My Date of Birth on My Mobile Device

Get help on entering your date of birth in your Application Form

On some mobile devices, selecting the prompt to enter your Date of Birth may open a calendar for you to select your date of birth. Follow the animation and step by step guide to make your selection:

Step 1: Click the current year in the upper left corner of the pop-up calendar.

Step 2: Swipe and scroll through the menu and select your birth year. Once selected, your birth year will now populate in the upper left corner of the pop-up calendar.

Step 3: Use the left and right arrows to navigate to the month of your birth. When at your birth month, select the date of your birth.

Step 4: Once selected, your full date of birth will populate on the form in DD/MM/YYYY format.
