What to expect after you complete your Caleb & Brown account registration

If you've just opened an account and seen our Thank You for Signing Up With Us page, our Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review your application in less than 24 hours and process your account for verification. They may be in touch with you to discuss and confirm the next steps, or request for further documents to meet the Know Your Customer, or KYC, requirements.

After the Customer Success team has confirmed your account approval, you can expect to hear from one of our cryptocurrency brokers, which means you are now a verified Caleb & Brown client! Your broker will send you an email containing your account details, banking information, and how you can start trading as soon as your account is approved. If you have not received an email, either your account has not been verified yet, or it has been sent to your spam or junk inbox.

You will also receive a call so that your broker may better understand your circumstances and to tailor a solution for your needs.
