A Company Account is an account in the name of your legal entity, such as your business or commercial enterprise. Caleb & Brown supports most types of legal entity structures that are registered or incorporated with a local or national government office.

Option 1: Opening a Company Account with a Single Beneficial Owner

To open a Company Account, as sole manager or member of the company, you will need to submit an application through our website. As you go through the registration process, you will be requested to either upload or take a photo of the following documents:

1) A photo ID - this can be:

  • A photo of your passport information page

  • A driving license

  • A national identity or passport card

  • A residency permit

2) A proof of address document - this can be:

  • A current driving license

  • A service/utility bill dated in the last 90 days

  • A current lease agreement

  • A bank statement dated in the last 90 days

  • An income statement or government-issued tax document

3) A selfie photo of you holding a handwritten note on paper, addressing 'Caleb & Brown', with your signature and the date of registration included

4) A notarised or certified as an original copy of the company documents. The documents required will depend on the type of legal entity:

  • Limited Liability Company (LLC): a notarised or certified as an original copy of the full LLC Operating Agreement or Current Company Extract

  • Corporation: a notarised or certified as an original copy of the full Articles of Incorporation or Shareholder Extract

  • Limited Partnership: a notarised or certified as an original copy of the full Limited Partnership Agreement

  • Other Legal Entity: a notarised or certified as an original copy of the full Company Articles of Organisation or Association, By-Laws, etc.

All documents must identify all managers, members, directors, and/or shareholders, to ensure we collect information on all beneficial owners that own or control the legal entity.

Option 2: Opening a Company Account with Multiple Beneficial Owners

If your Company Account has multiple managers, members, directors, and/or shareholders besides yourself, you will still be required to open an account as described in Option 1. However, we will also need to collect the following from the other members of your legal entity:

  • A photo of their passport or driving license

  • A proof of address document
