An Individual Account is an account in your name.
To open an Individual Account, you will need to submit an application through our website. As you go through the registration process, you will be requested to either upload or take a photo of the following documents:
1) A photo ID - this can be:
A photo of your passport information page
A driving license
A national identity or passport card
A permanent resident card
2) A proof of address document - this can be:
A current driving license
A service/utility bill dated in the last 90 days
A current lease agreement
A bank statement dated in the last 90 days
An income statement or government-issued tax document
3) A selfie photo of you holding a handwritten note on paper, addressing 'Caleb & Brown', with your signature and the date of registration included
