If you've recently requested a withdrawal for your coins, you would have also received a test amount, a corresponding email confirming the test amount, the address it was sent to, and a button to click to proceed with verifying the address confirmed by you. The button will read: "Please click here to verify your address".

If you are experiencing an error when the button has been clicked, such as a server timeout, or a message saying that the link has expired. This may be caused by one or more of the following reasons:

  • The link has been clicked past an extended period of time since the verification email was sent, and has since timed out

  • The link has been clicked too many times and has experienced a server timeout

  • The network traffic is currently too congested and your internet connection has been unable to proceed into the link page

If you've come across this error, you can troubleshoot it by doing one or more of the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies on the browser that the link page is opening on; seek your Settings page in your browser, find the option to Clear Browsing Data, and there will be an option to only clear your cache and/or your cookies

  • Refresh your browser by exiting and restarting the application

  • Request your broker for another test verification email
