I Have Registered an Account with the Incorrect Contact Details

If you have registered an application on our website and either:

  • Entered your email address or phone number incorrectly

  • Entered an email address or phone number that you no longer wish to use

Please email [email protected] to notify us about the issue and mention the correct contact details that you wish to use. Our Customer Success team will then reach out to you directly to verify those details. Once confirmed, the team will be able to change those details in our system within the next 24-48 hours during or after your account application has been reviewed.
