As Caleb & Brown is a reporting entity, we must ask for and apply customer identification procedures to check that a customer’s identity is who they claim to be and collect information to determine the level of money laundering/terrorism financing risk posed by a customer. By asking for this photo, Caleb & Brown is able to detect the legitimacy of a client when their account is created and reduce the risk of unusual or suspicious transactions or activity.
