What if my Wallet Address Changes?

We keep a record of the wallets that a client has used in the past to trade with us.ย 

Often, our clients will generate new wallet addresses for new transactions. We can add new wallet addresses to a client's profile in our system but we will re-test them using our wallet test procedure.

If you want your next transaction to be delivered to a new wallet address please contact your broker when making an order and we will test the addresses for you.
