We will always confirm wallets with a test transaction, for both sending crypto to us and sending crypto to you.

This process involved sending a small amount of cryptocurrency to the required wallet  ensuring that we have the right address on file for you.

Please note: This process ensures that you have control over the wallet address you have provided us. We cannot ensure the assets are held safely once we have sent the assets to you. Once you confirm that the test transaction has been received we will send the funds to that account. By no means do we incur liability in the event that you lose access to a wallet once confirming the test transaction to that wallet. This wallet test ensures we have given and received the correct address before sending you the funds.
