If you deposit funds from the wrong bank account we will need to refund the transaction. 

If this was done by mistake and the funds are owned by you, we may be able to purchase your coins and use these funds as collateral until you deposit the funds from the right account. We will need to refund you the funds or KYC the entity in which the funds came from.

Note: This can only be done under special circumstances and you will need to consult with your broker.
