To open a Trust Account, you must be able to provide the following:

1) A photo ID document; this can be any of the following:

  • An international passport information page

  • A driver's license

  • A national identity card

  • A residency permit

2) A proof of residential address document; this can be any of the following:

  • A driver's license

  • A service/utility bill with a date listed in the last 90 days

  • A lease agreement

  • A bank statement with a date listed in the last 90 days

  • An income statement or government-issued tax document

3) A selfie photo of you holding a handwritten note on paper, stating 'Caleb & Brown', with your signature and the date of registration included

4) A certified or notarised copy of the Trust Deed, Affidavit, Declaration, or Certificate; we require any document or pages that show:

  • The name and registered details of the trust

  • The place in which the trust is registered

  • The names of all individuals involved, including managers, members, trustees, co-trustees, etc.

Your document must be stamped or signed by an official document certifier, within the last two years.
